How It Works

1. Fill out the order form completely. Some fields will auto populate. Credit card details are not required.
2. If you do not provide credit card details, a representative will contact you to confirm your order and get your credit card details over the phone. If credit card details were provided, confirmation will be sent via email.
3. Start Date of Cards: This is the date you wish your music codes to be activated
4. End Date of Cards: Always 1 year from the Start Date of Cards
5. Delivery Needed By: If you are purchasing the physical cards, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. If you are only purchasing the music or ringtone codes, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
6. Would you like a custom image: You can upload your custom artwork here. An artwork proof will be provided via email before sent to printing.
7. Shipping Details: Click on the appropriate box for shipping information or provide an alternate shipping address.
8. Terms & Agreements: Please read and acknowledge your acceptance of our terms. Most importantly you are agreeing that the music or ringtone codes will be used for promotional purposes only.
9. All orders will be finalized via email or a phone call before your credit card is billed.
10. Music codes can be purchased without purchasing the physical cards. Fill out this Lead Form and a representative will contact you to customize your order.
